The Biggest Lush UK Order Ever!!

13/07/2019

By the time you guys are reading this, I’m probably already graduated and working as a speech therapist. Since the whole experience getting to this point was such a journey, I decided to treat myself with a big Lush ‘graduation order’, as I like to call it myself. This might be just another lame excuse to shop big time at Lush, but guess what. I’m happy about it. So shoot me. Okay, long story short, I ordered 27 (!!!!) products from the Lush UK webshop and today I’m going to show each and every single purchase to you guys. So, if you’re interested in finding out what I bought, make sure you continue reading this post!

Lately I’ve been really into bath bombs, so pretty much this entire order consists of bath bombs. I know that the Harajuku collection is still rocking, but somehow I’ve been feeling the urge to try a ton of the bath bombs from the regular collection that I have never tried before. I ended up buying pretty much all of those and a couple of bath bombs from special collections just because I couldn’t resist.

The first bath bomb I bought is the Golden Pear bath bomb from the Harajuku collection. Ever since I tried out the Golden Pear Mouthwash Tabs I’m really into the Golden Pear scent. I’m pretty sure I’m going to absolutely adore the scent of this bath bomb and it also looks really flippin’ pretty!

The second bath bomb I bought is also from the Harajuku collection and it’s called Honey I Washed The Kids. It’s a very traditional scent that I love. It’s one of the first soap-scents from Lush I ever fell in love with (after Rockstar soap of course) and therefore I just needed to have this!

Golden Pear Bath Bomb – £5,95 / Honey I Washed The Kids Bath Bomb – £3,95

Also from the Harajuku collection I got the Moon Spell Bath Bomb. This one looks so darn pretty. I love the colour combination of the two sides. I can’t imagine how good this will look in the tub. I also really like the scent of this bath bomb (I smelled it in stores once) and therefore this couldn’t be excluded from my big order!

Next up is the Strawberries & Cream Bath Bomb, also from the Harajuku collection. It might start to look like most of the things I bought are from the Harajuku collection but that’s not true at all. I ordered 20 bath bombs, only five of which are Harajuku. So bare with me okay. Anyway, I have already had this bath bomb before and since I loved it that much I decided to order another one of it. It smells so good and it’s really hydrating!

The last Harajuku bath bomb I bought is called Fairy Jasmin. I don’t know what it is about this bath bomb, but it really intrigued me. It does look pretty boring, but I think it’s the scent that lured me in. I had no idea what it would smell like, but just the description made it sound so good. I just had to have it.

Okay, before we go on with the other 15 bath bombs I bought, let’s discuss some of the miscellaneous items I bought. First of all I finally got the Lush Fresher Than You tote bag from Lush Swag. I’ve been meaning to buy this tote bag for so long now. Not because I don’t already have a million tote bags from this sort, but because I think it’s a really cool bag and I love to support Lush like that. I’m really happy with it!

I also bought a soap from Lush. I have to admit that for the longest time the soaps didn’t really intrigue me that much anymore, but I’ve made a big change in that. Ever since I started using my Rockstar soap more frequently, I’ve been wanting to buy more soaps. So I bought the Bohemian soap. This one looks really refreshing and uplifting and I can’t wait to give it a try!

The last misc item I bought is actually a Lush makeup brush. I know there’s a lot of negativity around them, especially concerning the pricing, but to be honest. I don’t think most of them are that bad. A high-quality brush is expensive. That’s not because it’s Lush. That’s always the case. So I ended up buying the Glow To Town Highlighter Brush and it looks stunning! I can’t wait to play with it and let you guys know what it’s like quality-wise!

Fresher Than You Tote – £6,95 / Bohemian Soap 120 gr – £5,50 / Glow To Town Highlighter Brush – £15

Having said that, let’s go back to the bath bomb action! Like I said I wanted to buy a lot of bath bombs from the standard collection that I hadn’t tried so far. This resulted in a whopping 20 (!!) additional bath bombs. Starting with the one this all started with: The Experimenter. I feel like this is one of the most famous and well-known bath bombs ever and I haven’t even tried it yet. I can’t wait to pop this into my tub!

Next up is another Intergalactic bath bomb. I actually bought this one really recently in store, but because this is such a big classic I really wanted another one of it. It looks absolutely stunning, I’ve seen on the interwebs how beautiful this looks in the tub and it smells divine!

Then we have the Rocket Science bath bomb. This is another one that I’ve been meaning to try for so darn long. And every single time I go to the store, intending to pick it up, they don’t have it. So now I finally ordered it and it looks super adorable. I’m too excited to give this one a proper try!

The Experimenter Bath Bomb – £4,95 / Intergalactic Bath Bomb – £4,95 / Rocket Science Bath Bomb – £3,95

And that’s not all. I’ve also bought the Twilight bath bomb. I do really like the Sleepy scent, and from what I’ve heard Twilight smells pretty much the same as that. So I’m kind of excited to throw this into my bath tub and feel completely calm and cosy. I do think it’s more of a warm scent, suitable for cosy nights when it’s cold out so it might take me a while until I end up using it. But still, I can’t wait!

I also bought Avobath. This is one of those bath bombs I never really thought I’d buy because it does look pretty simple and boring. However, I want to give everything a try, including Avobath. I have never smelled it before so I’m really excited to find out what it smells like. And who knows, maybe it’s absolutely amazing and it will be my next big favourite!

Another simple bath bomb I bought is Butterball. I feel like this is one of the most simple and basic bath bombs Lush has and it’s also one of the cheapest ones. I do like that they still make cheaper bath bombs, considering the fact that most of the new ones they put out these days are crazy expensive. I was hoping this would smell similar to the Butter Bear from Christmas because that was absolutely amazing!

Twilight Bath Bomb – £3,95 / Avobath Bath Bomb – £3,95 / Butterball Bath Bomb – £2,95

Moving on to Geo Phyzz. Another one I didn’t think I’d ever buy, but now that I did I’m really excited to see what it’s like. I feel like the special, exclusive bath bombs get all the attention these days. But there has to be a reason why these more basic (and more affordable) ones are sticking around for so long. I really hope that means that this is an amazing product.

I also bought Golden Slumbers. Just the name already sounds super interesting. I do love gold and I do love glitter so it seems like a perfect match to me. They also claim that it’s another calming and soothing bath bomb and I always like things like that as well.

Next up is Cheer Up Buttercup. The name already makes it sound like the most adorable bath bomb ever and the scent sounds really nice as wel. It’s supposed to be uplifting and fresh and that’s definitely something I can use when I need to cool off from a hot and sweaty day!

Geo Phyzz Bath Bomb – £3,95 / Golden Slumbers Bath Bomb – £3,95 / Cheer Up Buttercup Bath Bomb – £3,95

Okay, we’re about halfway through the rest of the bath bombs so let’s switch things up and show you guys the four bubble bars I’ve got. Because well, I do still really like bubble bars. First of all I repurchased Creamy Candy Bubble Bar. I am so in love with this little guy. It’s super simple, it’s rather affordable but it smells so darn good and it creates the prettiest bubbles and really pretty pink water. It’s a winner for me!

I also bought the Cherry Blossom Reusable Bubble Bar. I actually always call my friend ‘Cherry Blossom’ (her actual name is Charlotte) so I just had to get this. I mean that sounds like logic right? And I do like the reusable bubble bars. I like that they last very long and I like the formula on them.

Another reusable bubble bar I bought is the Party Balloon Pink. This is from the latest Lush Labs launch and well, that always does trigger me quite a bit. I mean, it’s cool to buy exclusives right? I chose to go with pink because I love pink water. I’m so excited about this one!

The last bubble bar I bought is the A French Kiss Bubble Bar. I’ve been eying this for quite some time now and now was finally the right time to go for it. It’s just a very good smelling bubble bar and it looks really pretty. And ever since I watched the ‘How it’s made’ video on this one I just wanted to have it so bad!

Creamy Candy Bubble Bar – £3,95 / Cherry Blossom Reusable Bubble Bar – £7,50 / Party Balloon Pink Reusable Bubble bar – £5,95 / A French Kiss Bubble Bar – £4,95

Now that all of the non-bath bomb purchases are mentioned, let’s go back to the order of today’s post: my new bath bomb stash. Starting with The Guardian Of The Forest. This is another one of those super pretty bath bombs that I’ve been meaning to try for ages. It looks so pretty and interesting to me. When I recently watched the ‘How it’s made’ on this bath bomb I only wanted it more than I already did. So that’s why this had to be in my order as well.

Another green bath bomb I purchased is this Turtle Jelly Bomb. Not too long ago I used my Snow Fairy Jelly Bomb and this made me fall in love with the whole jelly bomb thing. I actually thought I’d hate the feeling of the jelly. But it’s actually really nice. And the turtle does look really adorable!

To stay within the foresty mood, I also bought the adorable Under The Umbrella Tree Bath Bomb. This is one of those bath bombs that has interested me for a very long time but somehow I never bought it before. It does seem very simple, but even if it’s just for the shape and look of it I think it’s worth the try!

Guardian Of The Forest Bath Bomb – £4,95 / Turtle Jelly Bomb – £4,95 / Under The Umbrella Tree Bath Bomb – £3,95

We are actually down to the last three bath bombs of my order, so just hang in there a little longer okay? Okay, so the first one of the last three bath bombs is the Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb. I actually hadn’t really seen this before but it looks really cute. I love the colour combination and the shape of it. To be honest I just thought “why not?” I mean, I was already ordering so much. Why not order one more super adorable bath bomb?!

Then we have Dragon’s Egg. I actually have never seen this before and the name does sound pretty halloween-y to me, but well. It sounds cool, it looks cool and I’m really excited to see what this will do in the tub. I mean, if something has a cool name like this one, it has to be impressive in the water, am I right?!

And the very last bath bomb I bought is the Dear John Bath Bomb from the Father’s Day range. I actually smelled this in store pretty recently and I really liked it, so I decided to buy it as well. It does look pretty simple from the outside so I’m curious to see what it will look like on the inside!

Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb – £4,50 / Dragon’s Egg Bath Bomb – £3,95 / Dear John Bath Bomb – £4,95

And that sums up my biggest Lush order ever! I mean, even for me this is a lot. Writing this haul was definitely a time consuming activity and taking pictures of all of these bath bombs is too. But obviously that’s more than worth it and I’m really happy with every single thing that I bought. I can’t wait to try everything and you guys be ready for a huuuuuuge Lush review storm coming right up!

Thank you guys so much for reading today’s post and be sure to let me know which bath bombs you’re most excited about!

Wat een praaachtige haul! Ik kom dus echt niet aan de reguliere collectie toe! Er zijn zo veel limited editions! Wat een Lush-liefhebber lijden kan, haha.
