Ever since I tried the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom palette I’ve been in love with the brand Tarte. Their products are gorgeously packaged, they smell amazing and the quality is just incredible. Because I’m such a big fan of the brand Tarte I decided it might be fun to show you guys which Tarte products I actually own. I don’t have a lot of Tarte products (yet), but if you want to see the few products I do have, make sure you continue reading!
The product it all started off with is the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom palette. I was casually browsing through some of my favourite webshops when I came across the Tarte department. I didn’t know that Tarte was even available in the EU so I was over the moon when I saw it was. I decided to immediately order something and that something ended up being the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom palette.
This is still, till the day of today, my favourite Tarte palette ever and it’s definitely one of my favourite palettes in general. I think the packaging is absolutely stunning, it’s just amazing and the quality of the eyeshadows is exceptional. The Tarte eyeshadows are so buttery and rich, it’s definitely worth the try!
A few months later I was looking through the Tarte department on QVC again when I came across this little Tarte set. It included the Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation, the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Top & Bottom Lash Mascara, a Tarte Rainforest Of The Sea Lipstick and the amazing Tarte Showstopper palette. I knew I had to get it when I saw it and that’s exactly what I did.
The Tarte foundation ended up becoming my number one favourite foundation. It has high coverage but it isn’t cakey or heavy at all. The shade is perfect for me and just like any other Tarte product it has a really nice scent.
The Showstopper palette that came in that same set is a great palette for on the go. It contains 6 eyeshadows, a blush, a bronzer and a highlighter. I actually took it with me on my trip to Poland and I always take it with me when I’m sleeping at someone else’s house. It’s the perfect travel-proof palette.
I have to admit that I do like the shadows in this palette a little less than the shadows in the Tartelette palette, but that’s definitely not because these aren’t pigmented. It’s just personal preference I guess.
My last two Tarte purchases are the Young, Wild & Free palette and the Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara. I bought this as a set on QVC, just like all the other Tarte products I’ve ever bought, and I’m really glad I did. The palette is just really adorable. It’s small, it’s easy to take with you and it does have 8 shadows in it so you’ll have lots of options.
The mascara is incredible too. I like it better than the other version I have of it that came in the little set with the foundation and the palette. I don’t know why ’cause it should be the same thing, but it’s just a little more volumising and thickening.
And that was everything I own from the brand Tarte. It’s not a lot, I know, but I do think that the Tarte products that I own are incredibly nice and therefore they do deserve some extra attention.
I hope you enjoyed reading today’s post and be sure to let me know if you are familiar with Tarte and if so let me know which Tarte product is your favourite!
