Recently I showed you guys a few nice budget makeup products I really like using during spring time, and today it’s time for something similar. Today I’m going to show you a few more makeup products for spring, but they’re not all budget proof. If you’re interested in finding out which products I’m talking about, make sure you keep on reading!
First things first: foundation. I discussed these two in my previous post as well I believe, but for those of you who haven’t read that, I will tell why they are amazing for spring once more. The L’Oreal True Match foundation is perfect because it’s featherlight but provides pretty amazing coverage and has an amazing finish.
The TBS Tea Tree BB Cream is great because it’s not as heavy and thick as a foundation, but it does cover up your blemishes and it evens out your skin tone while doing great things for your skin as well. I really like it!
For highlighter I recommend the Too Faced Sweetheart Beads Highlighter. This isn’t the most glowy highlighter, but that’s why I like it. When it’s hot outside my skin provides enough natural shine for me, I don’t need to add too much highlighter to that myself. Because this isn’t as intense, it’s perfect to get that extra bit of glow without overdoing it.
My favourite spring blush has to be Sleek’s Life’s A Peach. It looks incredibly intense on the picture, but if you apply it with a nice hand your cheeks will most certainly look phenomenal. I love this blush!
Onto lipstick. I think most of you know by now how obsessed I am with the L’Oreal Rouge Caresse lipsticks. They are the best lipsticks in the world, I’m not even kidding. My favourite colours for spring are Aphrodite Scarlet. It’s a very pretty berry red shade that is perfect for those days you want your lips to stand out.
The other one is Dating Coral. This is the perfect everyday spring lipstick. I wear this a lot all year round, but when spring comes around I wear it even more. It’s absolutely stunning.
I also really like wearing super bright colours during spring time. Two of my favourites are P2 Pop The Question and Chanel Melodieuse. These colours are super bright and intense, but absolutely stunning. I used to never wear bright shades like this because I didn’t feel confident wearing them and I thought they were too out there for me, but trust me, anyone can pull these colours off, especially during spring time!
Lastly I have two gorgeous Bourjois lipglosses. Usually I’m not a fan of lipgloss at all, but during spring and summer time I do like wearing a gloss occasionally, just because it’s light on the lips and it’s perfect for those natural makeup days. The one on the left is from the BB Gloss range and it’s in the shade medium and the other one is from the Effet 3D range and is called Rose Allégoric. Both are incredibly beautiful!
And that were all of the products I wanted to show you guys today. I hope you enjoyed reading today’s post, and let me know which products you love using during spring time!
XOXO, Nicole.
