The end of September is here and that means it’s time for another favourites post. I love making these! This month I’ve been trying out most of the stuff I got back in Poland and I tried out one or two new things so this month’s favourites post will be filled with both new favourites and old favourites. If you’re interested in finding out which products I have been loving throughout the month of September, make sure you continue reading!
Let’s start this post off with two concealer favourites. The first one is one I’ve been loving for quite a while now, I’m actually starting to run low. It’s the Lancome Long-Lasting Softening Concealer. This stuff is just incredible. It has amazing coverage, it feels nice on the skin, it lasts all day and it’s just perfect if you have really bad dark circles or acne. It’s amazing at covering up both!
The other concealer favourite of the month is the Sephora Natural Finish concealer. I absolutely love this. Not as much as the Lancome concealer but that’s not weird considering the fact that the Lancome concealer will set you back €36 and the Sephora one about €15. Anyways, it’s perfect for highlighting the under eye area. It does have quite amazing coverage and it’s incredibly long lasting. I love it!
Two more Lancome favourites are the Bi-Facil remover and the Grandiose mascara. I bought them in a little set and I’m so glad that I did. I didn’t really expect anything of the cleanser since it wasn’t the reason why I purchased the set and it never really occurred to me that it was going to be amazing. But OH MY SWEET SWEET LORD. It’s literally the best thing ever. It removes makeup so well so easily. It’s incredible. I want a hunormous bottle of this!
The mascara is just as amazing. It’s the first designer brand mascara I’ve ever tried and my lord it’s amazing. It has this very uniquely shaped brush which definitely helps and the formula of the mascara is just terrific. If you’re on the hunt for the best mascara in this world, this is what you’re looking for!
Onto two rediscoveries. The first one is this Pixi blush in a very pretty dusty pink shade. I bought it when I went to London with my mom and I was obsessed with it. Because I don’t care that much about blush and always use the one that is on top of the pile I kinda forgot about it, but now that I’ve been using it more and more I fell back in love with it. It’s stunning.
That same story also counts for this Becca blush in the shade Damselfly. It’s the prettiest blush I own and I don’t know how I could’ve forgotten about it. It’s absolutely stunning and I’m so glad I rediscovered it!
The next favourite was featured in my favourite post of August as well but this time I’m showing you the full size version of the Benefit Hoola bronzer. How on earth didn’t I discover this product sooner. It’s literally everything I was looking for in a bronzer and more. Seriously, if you haven’t tried out this bronzer yet please, please do so. It’s incredible and I love it!
Next up is the Makeup Forever HD Powder. I believe I reviewed it like yesterday. It’s such a nice and finely mild powder. It’s velvety and smooth and it creates the perfect smooth finish. Love it!
Onto two of my highlighter favourites of the month. One is a new discovery and the other one is a rediscovery. Let’s start with the new one which is Benefit’s Watt’s Up Highlighter. I bought this on QVC along with the full size Hoola bronzer and I love it just as much as that bronzer. I did go wrong with it the first time I used it, but now I’ve got the hang of it and how to work with it I’m totally in love with it. It’s stunning!
The rediscovery is this gorgeous Mineralized Skin Finish by MAC in the shade Blonde. This was one of my first MAC purchases and it was kind of an impulse purchase but I never ever regretted buying it. I like how it has both champagne and pink parts and I love how it looks on the skin. It’s amazing!
My very last favourite of the month is this Tarte Tartelette In Bloom palette. This was my first Tarte palette, and first Tarte product, ever and it is and will always be my favourite Tarte product ever (okay along with the Amazonian Clay Foundation, you got me). The colours in this palette are gorgeous and the quality is phenomenal. If you want one amazing palette, this is what you need!
And that sums up today’s post! I hope you enjoyed reading it and be sure to let me know which products you’ve been loving throughout the month of September!
XOXO, Nicole.
Die Becca blush lijkt me super! Dat MUF poeder heb ik ook veel goede berichten over gehoord 🙂 En dat Tarte palette, echt prachtig 😀
