In my first Empties article I showed you guys that I finished one of my favorite bodyproducts ever, which is the Rituals Magic Touch Body Cream. I was planning on repurchasing it, but I didn’t. Luckily my mom knows me really well, so she gave it to me this Christmas. Even though it’s not really a surprise anymore whether I’m going to like it or not, I still really wanted to do a review on it. If you’re interested, keep on reading!
The body cream comes in this really big jar. It’s white with green letters on it and the lid is silver. I love the look of it, it looks very Rituals-y. I love the details on the lid a lot as well, that really finishes it off.
Magic Touch is by far my fave Rituals scent ever. It is just one of those typical Rituals scents. It’s sweet, but not obviously sweet. Besides that it has some floraly scents in it. Over all I think it’s a really soft and calming scent. I really like that.
The texture of this body cream is very different from all other body products I’ve ever tried. It’s not as hard as a body butter, not as soft as a normal body cream and obviously not as liquidy as a bodylotion. This product is really soft and the thickness of it is basically perfect. It’s thick enough to give you that moisturizing feeling, but it’s still very blendable. It doesn’t leave an annoying layer on your skin that makes you feel oily or anything.
When it comes to moisturizing your skin this product is a winner. It leaves your skin feeling super soft and moisturized. It’s perfect for all skin types. I love it when my legs are dry, but I also love it when it’s just normal.
The best thing about this product is that the scent really lasts. It’s not one of those products you can only smell right after you put it on, this one will stay for at least 20 hours.
Over all I think the Rituals Magic Touch is an amazing product. It’s moisturizing, the texture is perfect and it smells absolutely amazing. This product has always been a favorite of mine, and I’m pretty sure it will be forever.
I hope you enjoyed reading this review, and let me know if you’ve ever tried a Rituals Body Cream.
