I think you guys all know that I absolutely love Lush at the moment. When it comes to skincare, haircare and even body care, I love it all. And that means that I’ve been splurging a lot on the brand these past couple of months. While being on a journey to discover all of their products, I’ve come across a couple of products that have really become favourites of mine. So in today’s post I’m going to share with you my five favourite products from Lush at the moment. Bear in mind that this could change within a matter of weeks, but for now this is where my heart is at. So, if you’re interested in finding out my top five Lush products, make sure you continue reading this post!
The very first favourite I just have to mention is for sure the Lush Rosy Cheeks Fresh Face Mask. From the moment I saw it, I knew this was going to be a thing for me. You know, I love roses and I adore the scent of them. So whenever something smells of roses, I just have to have it and I always love it. The same goes for this fresh face mask.
But aside from the fact that it smells absolutely gorgeous, I also love the entire formula of this fresh face mask and the way it behaves on my skin. I actually watched it being made at the Den Bosch store re-opening and that does add to the love for this mask. But in general, I feel like there are lots of great, high-quality ingredients put into this face mask. It’s all goodness.
On my skin it feels really calming and gentle. It’s not pulling my face in a way it feels tight afterwards. It doesn’t dry me out, it doesn’t do anything like that. Instead it calms my skin down, it makes it feel soft and smooth. I really feel like this is like a pampering day for my skin. I’m going to keep purchasing this forever and ever you guys!
Lush Rosy Cheeks Fresh Face Mask 75 grams – €11,50 / £9
My next favourite is a product I never thought I’d like. It’s the Golden Pear Mouthwash Tabs. Evelien bought them for me at Lush Liverpool (since it’s an exclusive) and I was kind of nervous to use them at first. I actually waited quite a while to start using them and I did the first try-out with my boyfriend. I don’t know why I was so nervous about it, because in the end I’m a huge fan of this product.
I personally don’t have a very positive relationship with mouthwash. I always think they’re so minty that it’s painful and most of the times they actually give me a dry mouth which results in more smelliness than before. These mouthwash tabs don’t do that at all. And they also taste very good. They have a fruity, pear like taste and they are very sweet. They are incredibly easy to use as well and within a matter of minutes your mouth smells and tastes great again.
I feel like this is such a great alternative to actual mouthwash. Not because this tastes and works a lot better for me, but also because of the packaging factor. I mean normal mouthwash comes in a huge plastic bottle and these tabs come in this tiny little recycled bottle. That’s much better isn’t it?
Lush Golden Pear Mouthwash Tabs (Liverpool exclusive) – £6,95
My third favourite is reasonably new to my collection. It’s the Lush Charity Pot. There are many reasons why I love this product, but the main one I think is pretty obvious. Charity Pot is actually a product Lush sells to support charities. So whenever you buy a Charity Pot, Lush donates 100% of the proceeds to charities (minus tax of course). So in a way you’re actually supporting good causes by shopping this product.
The thing I like is that Lush doesn’t just support any charities, they do try to support smaller more local charities. Like on time, Lush Den Bosch did a day where they donated the proceeds of their Charity Pot sales from that day to a local bakery and the girl from the bakery baked muffins for the costumers that day. I think things like this are very unique these days and I love Lush for it.
Anyway, aside from being good for your karma level, Charity Pot is also a really nice and versatile product. I use it for literally everything. From dry elbows to hand lotion, Charity Pot does it all. It’s a very good smelling and super hydrating product. To me this is all about good vibes.
Lush Charity Pot 45 grams – €5,- / £4,50
Moving on to my fourth favourite. This is the Aubergine Bath Bomb from the Valentines collection of 2019. I know that this collection has been gone for a while, but the Aubergine bath bomb is still available at some places. It actually became so popular, they kept it on shelves for a lot longer than the rest of the Valentine’s day collection and I’m really thankful for that.
Back when this bath bomb launched I was still in my bubble bar phase so I didn’t think too much of it. Until I tried it. This is by far the most spectacular and most stunning looking bath bomb ever. It creates a gorgeous deep purple colour in your tub with lots of sparkles in it. It’s just mesmerising.
The scent is really nice as well. It actually has the famous 29 High Street scent, the signature Lush-store scent. This in combination with the gorgeous bath it leaves me with makes this my very favourite bath bomb ever. I love, love, love it. I’m glad I stocked up on it a while ago!
Lush Aubergine Bath Bomb – €4,95 / £3,95
Moving on to my last big Lush favourite. This is the Lush American Pie Naked Body Conditioner. It isn’t just an amazing product, it also made me fall in love with naked body conditioners. I don’t know what it is about them, but I love the naked ones so much better than the potted ones. No shade to potted body conditioners. But these naked ones are so much easier and quicker to use and I feel like they’re more effective.
The American Pie Naked Body Conditioner wears the amazing American Cream scent, one of my favourite scents from Lush ever. It’s a milky sweet scent with a warm undertone to it. I feel like it’s one of those scents everybody loves. Or at least I do.
The thing I love about this body conditioner is that it’s incredibly hydrating. More hydrating than a body cream or butter can ever be. And it’s much easier and quicker to use. I like that it doesn’t leave a funky layer and I like that the effects of it are so longlasting. There’s much more I can say about this body conditioner, but it all comes down to the fact that I absolutely love it!
Lush American Pie Naked Body Conditioner 125 gram – €14,95 / £10,95
All in all I do have quite a lot of favourites from Lush, but these five are really top notch for me. Obviously my top five favourites from Lush does switch up pretty quickly since I’m trying so many products these days. Anyway, all five of the products I showed you guys are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend you giving them a proper try for yourself!
That pretty much sums up my Lush top five for this very moment. Thank you guys so much for reading today’s post and be sure to let me know which Lush products you absolutely adore at the moment!
Charity Pot is zo’n geweldig ding! Ik heb er altijd eentje in huis. Echt top dat het niet alleen een heerlijk product is, maar dat je er ook mee bijdraagt aan een betere wereld.
