It’s the second week of June which means my new LF Beauty Box just came in and it’s time for another unboxing. This month the theme of the box is ‘Wanderlust’ and I have to say, even though that’s a very vague theme, I do like it. I’m also madly in love with the design of the box which is one of the reasons why I just couldn’t wait to open it up. So, without further ado, let’s get into it and start unboxing this thing!
The first product I found inside this months box is probably my favourite product. It might even be one of my favourite products I’ve gotten throughout my whole subscription period. I’m talking about the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads. I have never tried anything from this brand before but I’ve always wanted to. I mean just take a look at the packaging, isn’t that the cutest and prettiest thing you have ever seen?
Anyway, these are pads. Pads with the perfect amount of glycolic and lactic acid in them to improve the skin’s clarity whilst visibly reducing the look of pores and diminishing the appearance of fine lines for brighter, younger and smoother skin. To me that sound incredibly amazing and I just can’t wait to try them!
First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads – €14,95
The second item in this months box is the Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 1 shampoo. There are a few different versions spreaded throughout the boxes and this is the one I ended up receiving. Kerasatase is a brand I have heard of before, but I have never tried any of their shampoo’s or other hair care products before. I have heard that they do make some excellent shampoo’s so I am very excited to give this one a try.
The Nutritive Bain Satin 1 shampoo is especially made for people with normal to slightly dry hair. It gently cleanses the hair whilst replenishing fibres from root to tip. It leaves your hair feeling super soft and supple with enhanced shine. Overall it sounds like a really nice shampoo and I can’t wait to give it a try!
Kerastase Resistance Bain Force Architecte Shampoo – €22,95 (250ml), this is 80ml so €7,34
Moving on to the third product. This is the Balance Me Balancing Face Moisturiser. Before I subscribed to the LF Beauty Box I had never heard of this brand before, but I have gotten a product from them before in one of the previous boxes and I did really like it. It seemed to be a rather natural brand that has nice and mild product that are sensitive enough for sensitive skin.
This moisturiser claims to be specifically for combination and oily skin types. It will help to decongest and refine as it eliminates unwanted shine. It also has some skin-brightening ingredients in it will also help minimise spots, blemishes and redness whilst restoring a radiant, youthful glow. This product will make your skin feel soothed, hydrated and it will improve the texture of your skin. It’s also very lightweight.
As you guys might know lately I’ve been struggling a lot with a massive breakout, so this product comes just in time for me. I literally can’t wait to give it a proper try!
Balance Me Balancing Face Moisturiser – €29,45 (50ml), this is 20ml so €11,78
Next up is the Hailey Baldwin for ModelCo Super Lips Lipgloss in the shade Biz. ModelCo is another one of those brands I’ve been introduced to through this beauty box and so far I do think it’s a great brand. Their products aren’t incredibly expensive, but the quality definitely isn’t cheap.
I have to say that lipgloss hasn’t been a very popular product in ages, but lately I have been getting into it a little more. It’s still not my favourite thing to wear because it’s so sticky and I hate it when my hair sticks to my lips but it’s worth it. This colour Bizz looks really nice and natural and the quality of the product seems to be pretty impressive. I’m definitely going to review this sometime soon!
Hailey Baldwin for ModelCo Super Lips Lipgloss in Biz – €20,-
Moving on to another makeup product. This is the Bellapierre Shimmer Highlighter. Bellapierre is quite a popular brand in beauty box world so I guess I have tried maybe one or two of their products before, but I’m not completely sure about that. Anyway, Bellapierre has lots of really good looking products and this is definitely one the products out of their range that speaks to me the most.
This highlighter has a really pretty icy white, almost silvery colour to it. It’s a very unique shade but very pretty to highlight those cheekbones with. Aside from using it as a highlighter on the face it can also act as a gorgeous eyeshadow on the eyes. I’m really excited to give it a go!
Bellapierre Shimmer Highlighter – €13,- (2,35gr)
The last product in this months box is the Monuskin Rosewood Reviving Mist. I have received a product from Monuskin before in another LF Beauty Box and I totally fell in love with that product. Until this day it’s one of my favourite moisturisers and I’m still convinced I’m getting the full size when I finish the tube I got in the box.
But this isn’t a moisturiser. Nope, this is a mist. Mists are really popular at the moment and I like that. I think using a facial mist is very refreshing and also relaxing. This mist claims to be instantly refreshing, rejuvenating, replenishing and hydrating. It’s the perfect fixing spray and it contains a subtle fragrance that will enchant your senses whilst the soothing effect will leave you looking and feeling revitalised. Aside from using it as a fixing mist you can also spray this all over your face after sports, swimming and travelling for a quick refreshment and it also works as an aftershave, a feet refresher and a skincare product.
If that doesn’t sound like the most amazing skincare product in the world I don’t know what does. I’m really, really excited about this product and I’m definitely getting back to you soon to let you guys know what I think of it!
Monuskin Rosewood Reviving Mist – €24,45 (180ml), this is 30ml so €4,08
Total worth: €71,15!
This box is by far the best LF Beauty Box I have gotten so far and I’m really excited about that. Even though the previous boxes were pretty okay, I started to doubt whether these boxes were worth it or not because they do come with a ton of products I end up never even using. Luckily this months box is the complete opposite of that. I’m actually very excited about it and I can’t wait to try everything out!
Thank you so much for reading today’s post and be sure to let me know what you think of this months ‘Wanderlust’ LF Beauty Box. And also let me know which products you would like to read a review of.
