One year ago I decided I wanted a subscription to the LF Beauty Box. I thought it was a fun box that came with great brands each month so I thought ‘why not?!’. Throughout the months I did start to realise that the box wasn’t as fun as I hoped most of the time and that I hardly ever used the products that came in there, which is why today will be the last LF Beauty Box unboxing. This month the theme is Global Glamour and I’m going to show you what’s in it. If you’re interested in finding out what’s in this box, make sure you continue reading!
Let’s start off with the first two products. These are a shampoo and conditioner from the brand Mane ‘n Tail. I have never heard of this brand before and I have to admit that when I saw these two bottles inside the box I wasn’t too thrilled. The packagings don’t look really good and I’m generally pretty picky when it comes to my shampoo and conditioner so I wasn’t even sure whether I was willing to try them or not.
Still I’m not sure if I’m actually going to try them, but I did scan through the ingredient list and so far I haven’t seen any silicones in it which is a good thing.
Mane ‘n Tail Shampoo & Conditioner – €3,95 each
Moving on to the second product. This is a little egg shaped product from the brand Lottie London. Lately I’ve seen the brand pop up multiple times and I was quite curious about the brand so it’s nice that they included one of their products inside this month’s box.
I have to say that I wasn’t 100% sure about what this was when I first saw it, but I believe this is a lip balm. It’s one of those egg shaped lip balms like the EOS ones or the Balmi ones. I do like lip balm and since the colder months are coming up it’s great to have a new one.
Lottie London Balm Ball Lip Hydrator – £5/€5,54
Next up is a little pencil by the brand Lord & Berry. Lord & Berry really is one of those beauty box brands isn’t it? I always see it in boxes and I’ve received multiple products by the brand throughout the months in these LF Beauty Boxes too.
Anyway, this is their Magic Brow Pencil, a mini of it, in a universal shade. According to the little booklet that comes with this box it has a dual coloured tip which makes sure the colour of this pencil suits all eyebrow colours. Well, we’ll see if that’s true, but if it is that would be absolutely amazing!
Lord & Berry Magic Brow Pencil – €18 for full size, this is 0,85 gr so €2,55
Next up is a product by the brand Korres. I’ve been meaning to try some of their products for quite some time now so I was really happy to find this product inside the box. It’s their Body Milk and it comes in an absolutely adorable packaging. I really like the Korres packagings!
The body milk I received smells like Bergamot Pear according to the tube. I don’t exactly know what that should smell like, but I’m really excited to find out. This is a really nice product to receive!
Korres Body Milk – €3,95
Moving on to the sixth product already. This is a little bottle by Gatineau. I have received a product from this brand in a previous box if I remember correctly and I did like that quite a lot. I also believe that this is quite a luxurious brand so it’s always nice to be able to try some of their products out before you possibly buy them.
This is their Gentle Silk Toner. It’s alcohol free which is a really big plus in my opinion and it’s perfect for sensitive skin. I have to say that I’m really, really excited about this product. I’m definitely going to give it a proper try and I will get back to you and let you guys know how I ended up liking it!
Gatineau Gentle Silk Toner – €36,95 for 400ml, this is 50ml so €4,62
The last product that came inside the August LF Beauty Box is a product I’ve been wanting to try since my younger years. Back when I just started makeup the Skin79 BB creams were all the rage. Everybody used them and I have always wanted to try one of their BB creams too, but since I was pretty young at the time and they were reasonably expensive for a little girl like me I never got the chance to do so.
The BB cream I received is the Super+ Blemish Balm, the one that comes in the pink box. This is actually the version I wanted to try the most so I’m just super excited about that. Well done Lookfantastic!
Skin79 Super+ Blemish Balm – €27,45 for 40gr, this is 7gr so €4,80
Total worth: €29,36
And that’s everything that came inside the August Global Glamour LF Beauty Box. I have to say that I’m actually really excited about some of the products that I received and I didn’t expect that. I’m definitely going to try out some of these products and if they’re amazing I’ll definitely review them sometime soon!
And that’s it for the last LF Beauty Box unboxing! I hope you enjoyed reading today’s post and be sure to let me know what you think of this month’s box and also let me know which products you’d want me to review!
Ik ben heel benieuwd naar de Skin79 BB cream. Leuke inhoud van de box!
