Inglot is famous for their Freedom System palettes where you can create an entire palette yourself full of eyeshadows, blushes, bronzers, highlighters and even lipsticks. But Inglot has way more to offer than just their Freedom System palettes. One of the other things they have to offer are these gorgeous AMC Face Blushes that come in a little round pot. When I swatched it in store I realised that it was pretty amazing and I ended up buying it. Today it’s time for the review. If you’re interested in finding out whether or not this potted blush is just as good as the Freedom System blushes and all that good stuff, make sure you continue reading!
Like I said this AMC Face Blush from Inglot comes in a little round pot. The pot itself is black and the lining of the lid is too. The middle part of the lid is clear so you can see the colour of the product inside. Aside from that the only thing it says on the packaging is ‘Inglot’ and on the back it gives you very minimal but all of the necessary information about the product like the number of the shade, what it is and how much you get. Overall I think the packaging is very simplistic like usual with Inglot product and I like it. It’s professional looking and straight to the point. I can appreciate that.
There are a couple of shades available in this AMC Face Blush collection, 24 to be exact. The shades range from natural pink shades to peachy shades and everything in between. The shade I went for is number 27. It’s a dusty pink colour and I absolutely love it.
Inglot AMC Face Blush – PLN 39/€9
Even though it’s just a pink blush, I feel like this is a rather unique colour. It has a bit of purple mixed into the pink which makes it more special. For me this is the perfect colour to wear on my cheeks on a daily basis because it is very soft and neutral, but it’s not boring or basic at all. I also think that it will suit a lot of skin colours which is always a huge plus in my book!
According to Inglot these AMC Face Blushes have a very light formula which makes them perfect for any type of complexion, giving a natural finish. Thanks to the creamy consistency these blushes are supposed to be easy to apply. The delicate colours subtly revive the skin tone, while making the face look fresh and radiant for hours.
Overall the claims aren’t too extreme, but they do sound promising. They make this seem as one of the most amazing, soft and perfect blushes ever. I don’t know if that’s just me, but just reading that already makes me very excited and wanting to dig into this product.
So, let’s discuss those claims and see whether they’re actually true or not. The thing that made this blush stand out to me, aside from the gorgeous shade, was the texture of it. I saw a gorgeous blush and swatched it and at that moment I knew I was going to buy this. The texture of this blush is so incredibly smooth. You might not expect it, but it really, truly is. The powder feels like satin sheet, like silk, and the fact that it has such a nice texture actually makes the application of the blush a lot easier and smoother.
With this blush you definitely don’t have to be scared of blotchiness, patchiness or anything like that. It’s so smooth, it just can’t go on your face looking anything less than amazing. I know I’m making this sound way too good to be true, but I’m seriously not lying. This is amazing. Just wait till you see the swatch!
As you can tell the blush isn’t just smooth, but it also has a nice amount of colour pay off to it. It’s not too extreme, but it’s enough. It’s not one of those blushes you have to layer in order for it to show up at all, it shows up within one swipe but you don’t have to be scared to over apply. That will only happen if you use a buffer brush and a lot of force. I really love the way that looks.
Another thing I love about it is the finish. As you might be able to tell the blush has this really nice satiny finish. This makes it look a lot more soft and delicate and also more realistic. I mean your skin doesn’t naturally look powdery, satin finishes come closer to reality than powdery or matte ones.
And just like the pigmentation, the texture and the finish I’m also really happy with the staying power of this product. It does stay in place very well, pretty much all day, and that’s just amazing. I mean, nowadays there are so many blushes out there that do stay in place all day, so why bother going around with a blush that doesn’t? That just doesn’t make any sense to me at all!
Overall I’m a really big fan of this Inglot AMC Face Blush. I hope they will stay in their collection until next year so I can buy a couple more shades. It’s just one of the best blushes I’ve tried so far when it comes to shade, texture, finish and staying power. It’s just the complete package. So, if you’re ever on the hunt for a stunning new blush, make sure you check these Inglot AMC Face Blushes out!
And that’s it for today’s review. I hope you enjoyed reading it and be sure to let me know what you think of this blush and which blush is your absolute at the moment!
