Today I’ll be reviewing the E.L.F. eyeshadow primers. I’ve been using them for over a year now, so I think it’s about time for me to review them. The primer comes in four different shades, I’ll be reviewing three of them since one was sold out. If you’re interested in them, keep on reading!
The primers are from the 1 euro line and come, just like most products from that line. The primers itself are packaged in plastic tubes, of which the color represents the color of the primer. I do have to say that the color of the tube is not completely the same as the real color, but they tried.
Over all I think the packaging looks pretty decent. One thing I don’t like about it is that the lid breaks when you’ve been using it for a long time. I’ve used two before, and they both broke.
The applicator is comparable to a lipgloss applicator. These are my favorites for eyeshadow primers because you can put it directly onto your lids and you don’t have to worry about squirting out too much of the tube.
These are the colors. The first one is pearl, that’s the one I’m using at the moment. It has a light shimmer in it. When you blend it into your skin the white color dissapears and that glitter is all that is left. That’s the same for all of them, except the skin colored one since that one doesn’t contain any shimmer
When it comes to making your eyeshadows last these primers are absolute winners. Even though the color dissapears, it’s an amazing primer. I have used up two of them, and I’m still loving it. That means a lot.
I think that for only one euro these primers are the best. I don’t think any other primer (and I’ve tried many) is as good as this one, I like these better than the UD Primer Potion!
I hope you enjoyed reading this review, and let me know which primer you like the best!
