Like we all know, it’s currently spring. Even though I have a pretty solid routine that I do use all year round, I do have some products I like using a bit more during Spring than during the rest of the year. Because of that I decided it might be fun to show you guys which products are super spring proof. If you’re interested in finding out, make sure you keep on reading!
When it comes to foundation, I like going light during spring time. The weather gets better and therefore it’s not very pleasant to have a whole layer of thick foundation on my face. Two budget proof foundations that are very spring proof are the L’Oreal True Match foundation and the The Body Shop Tea Tree BB Cream.
Both products are very thin and super light weight. The L’Oreal foundation is super thin, but still has that amazing coverage. That way it’s perfect for those of you who, even though it’s hot, still want to have a bit of coverage. The TBS BB Cream is a little lighter in coverage, but it’s still a nice base to wear.
Even though I’m a big, big fan of deep, dark red blushes, I do like wearing something a little lighter during spring. Blushes like those two on the picture. The one on the left hand side is from Kiko. It’s one of their Colour Veil Blushes in 01 Pink. This is such a pretty icy pink colour, I love that.
The other one is Seductive Pink by Maxfactor. It’s one of their gorgeous Creme Puff blushes. I think this one is absolutely stunning and it’s a perfect everyday colour that looks good on pretty much everyone.
Last spring and summer I became a huge fan of lip crayons. But when summer was over and fall started I kinda forgot about them. Now it’s spring again I see myself reaching for them way more often. I don’t know why, but I feel like these crayons are really spring and summer proof.
The two colours I really love for spring are by Yves Rocher in the shade Rose Sorbet and by Rimmel in the shade Give Me A Cuddle. I love wearing bright colours during spring time, but fun pink colours like the Rimmel one are really pretty too!
Lastly I have two lipsticks. Both are from P2, which is a brand I adore lipstick wise. The colour on the left is called Flamingo Road and the other one is called Pop The Question. I think both are so fun and colourful, which, in my opinion, makes them super spring proof!
And that was it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading today’s post and let me know which products you’d recommend using during spring time!
