Ever since I saw a review of the Eyes Are The Window palettes by Stila I was in love. They were so pretty! I ordered one that night and fell in love with it. After that my love for Stila kept growing and growing. At this point I don’t have too many Stila products, but I do have a nice little collection of products that I really like. Today I’m going to do a brand focus post on Stila. If you’re interested to find out which Stila products I enjoy, which I don’t and which I’d love to own, make sure you keep on reading!
Let’s start off with lips. A while ago I bought two Stila Color Balm Lipsticks in a bright, bright, purply pink shade and a dark brick red shade. Those of you who have been reading my blog for a while might know those colours aren’t really my cup of tea on a day to day basis, but I still really like the look of them which is why I bought them. And I have to say: I regret nothing. These Stila lipsticks might be one of the most amazing lipsticks that have ever touched my lips. They’re so soft, balmy and moisturising. I love them. They smell really good too by the way.
Another Stila lip product I’ve tried is one of Stila’s popular Lip Glazes. This one came in the Sending You Love Christmas gift set that I bought last Christmas. This product is absolutely amazing. The colour is pretty and it stays in place all day. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it’s quite sticky, but aside from that, great product.
Onto eyes. As I mentioned in the little introduction, the Eyes Are The Window palettes by Stila are the palettes that made me fall in love with the brand. At this point I have two of them: Soul and Spirit. I’ve had them for quite a while now, and I’m still absolutely in love with them. They’re the prettiest eyeshadow palettes ever.
But that wasn’t it yet for eyeshadow. The Sending You Love set came with a nice little eyeshadow palette as well. This palette is just like the other two palettes absolutely incredible. The Stila eyeshadows are so rich and pigmented and so nice to work with. I love them!
The last Stila eye product I own is an eye pencil, which came in that same Christmas set too. This pencil is super, super intense black and stays in place pretty well. It’s not as smudge proof as the Urban Decay eye pencils, but it definitely is a great pencil.
Lastly I have two face products. First off all the bronzer. I found this at TK Maxx for a very little price. I really like using it, but I do have to say that if it wasn’t for the fact I saw it at TK Maxx, I wouldn’t have bought it. It’s nice, but it’s not worth 20-30 Euro’s.
The other face products is a little set that includes a bronzer, blush and highlighter. This set is absolutely amazing. The highlighter that comes in here is one of the prettiest highlighters I own and the other two powders are really nice too. They’re super soft and smooth and apply really nicely. I love them!
Onto the wishlist part of this post. One product I just need to have is Stila Kitten. I have it in both of my Eyes Are The Window palettes, but because I love it so, so, so, so much I want to have it as a mono too. It’s just the prettiest eyeshadow ever.
I also would love to try two more shades of the Color Balm Lipstick and one of their foundations. And lastly for this wishlist is the Stila Aqua Glow Watercolor Blush. I think it’s such a unique product and I’m really curious to find out how it works and how it will look on the skin.
And that concludes today’s brand focus post. I hope you enjoyed reading it and make sure you let me know which Stila products you really like, which ones you don’t and which ones you’d love to have!
