Finding a foundation that is light enough for my skin has been quite big struggle for me. Most brands don’t even make colours as light as I am and that really bothers me sometimes. Because I know I’m not the only one who has this struggle, I decided it might be a good idea to shade some of the best foundations I have found for pale skin with you guys to help those of you out who haven’t found the one yet. So, without further ado, let’s get into it!
Becca Ultimate Coverage Complexion Creme – Porcelain
The first foundation I want to talk about is by Becca. It’s their Ultimate Coverage Complexion Creme. I got mine off of QVC where they only sold a couple of shades including Porcelain, but on their site they have even more. This foundation is very high coverage and therefore it is very essential to get the right shade because it will be visible if it’s not.
The shade Porcelain is perfect for me. It’s very light and has a slight pink undertone to it. Even though I have a rather neutral undertone this foundation matches my skin really, really well. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s very important to blend it in very, very well. If you don’t it will oxidate.

IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream – Fair
Another foundation I really like is the IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream. I don’t only like this because of the amazing texture, coverage and formula, but also because it’s pale enough for my skin. If you are any paler than me it might be slightly on the darker side for you, but for me it’s just perfection.
The thing I like about this product is that it does look really natural on the skin even though it has such high coverage. Even if you don’t do it for the light shade, it’s still a foundation I’d highly recommend getting!

Nars Sheer Glow – Siberia
Another foundation I’d highly recommend if you’re on the hunt for a proper pale foundation is the Nars Sheer Glow foundation in Siberia. It’s probably the palest foundation I currently own and it matches my skin perfectly. Even though it’s not my favourite foundation on earth, it does do the job well and that shade. It’s just totally worth it for me.
However, if you’re not on the hunt for a super pale foundation but you do have struggles finding the perfect match for you, this foundation could be what you’re looking for too! They have a very wide selection of shades available and I’m positive that there is a shade in that range for everyone!
Nars Sheer Glow Foundation – €43
Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation – Porcelain
This next foundation is an old favourite of mine. I still really like it but I just don’t use it as often anymore. I’m talking about the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish foundation. Just like Nars, Bobbi Brown has a ton of shades in their collection. I believe I don’t even have the lightest shade out of their range and that’s most certainly a first for me.
Aside from being nice and pale this foundation also wins in the texture, coverage and finish department. It’s one of the best foundations I have tried in my entire life and therefore I highly recommend giving it a go yourself!
Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation – €44,50
Chanel Perfection Lumiere – Beige Rose
The last foundation I want to mention is the Chanel Perfection Lumiere foundation. Most of these more luxurious brands that aren’t necessarily makeup brands always have foundations that are way to dark for me. However, Chanel surprised me by making one that’s actually pretty pale. Pale enough for me.
Aside from having the colour right, it also has a very nice luxurious scent to it and it just looks stunning on the skin. It’s definitely one of those foundations everyone can like and therefore I think it’s a great product.
Chanel Perfection Lumiere – €47,95
And that pretty much concludes today’s post. I hope it was helpful to you in any way and be sure to let me know which foundation you would like to try out of the ones I mentioned!
